Equipment Return, Cheer Uniform Return & Work Bond Refund
Well, it’s that time of the year again. A time for family gatherings, overeating on special holidays, gift shopping, cheer competitions and returning football equipment & cheer uniforms. It’s a happy and exciting time but yet sad because this is confirmation that the season is over.
The details for the one and ONLY football equipment & cheer uniform return are as follows:
Date: Saturday, December 13th
Time: 10am to noon
Place: Byron Johnson Park
All equipment is returned clean and already washed
Mouthpieces have been removed from the face mask
Pads have been removed from the pants
Stickers/tape added to helmets have been removed
If you have extras of anything, please return them as well
Once everything has been checked in AND you completed all the requirements then your workbond monies will be refunded to you via a check, minus any fees that had not been paid during the season.
Did you say that you are planning to attend our fun & memorable banquet? Well, on this very same day you can purchase your tickets to this special event. Payment can be in the form of cash, check or PayPal. Unfortunately your workbond refund check cannot be used to purchase tickets on this day. Details will follow in a separate message but here are some specifics to help you plan:

Time: 9am to 2pm
Place: Hamilton Manor
Cost: $20 for kids / $22 for adults
